Six new posters have been released for the ScreenGems Tokyo pop adaptation Priest. The film stars Paul Bettany in the title role and it marks his latest collaboration with director Scott Stewart whom he previously worked with on Legion. The one sheets highlight several characters in the film and explains the part each of them play within the story. Check them out…

Priest is set in an alternate world world ravaged by centuries of war between man and vampire and follows a warrior priest who turns against the church to track down a murderous band of vampires who have kidnapped his niece. Priest breaks his sacred vows to venture out on a quest to find her before they turn her into one of them. He is joined on his crusade by his niece’s boyfriend, a trigger-fingered young wasteland sheriff, and a former Warrior Priestess who possesses otherworldly fighting skills.

The cast includes Bettany, Cam Gigandet, Maggie Q, Urban, and Stephen Moyer, Madchen Amick, and Christopher Plummer. Previous to this, the first trailer for the film was released and it featured a lot of demon-like vampires and a great shirtless shot of Bettany (yeah, we went there).

Priest is scheduled to hit theaters next summer on May 13.
