Shia Labeouf has one film coming out this year, the sequel to the 1987 classic Wall Street. He’s only 24 years old and he’s managed to star in several franchise films, most notably Transformers. According to THR, for the second year in a row Labeouf has topped the Forbes list of actors who deliver the most “bang for their buck.”

For every dollar the studio pays Labeouf, his movie earns $81 in profit. Compared to most actors, he isn’t requesting a $20 million quote from executives. His modest check, plus the overwhelming box office gross of such hits as both Transformers and Indiana Jones The Kingdom of the Crystal Skull make him a wise investment. For the latest Indy flick, George Lucas, Steven Spielberg, and Harrison Ford split the majority of the profits leaving Labeouf as one of the few cast members who had a regular salary, which allowed the studio to earn some money.

Anne Hathaway followed at number 2 on the list with $64 earned per film thanks to Alice in Wonderland and surprisingly, Bride Wars which earned $115 million (who knew?). “Rounding out the Top 5 are Daniel Radcliffe ($61 in profit for each $1 paid), Robert Downey Jr. ($33) and Cate Blanchett ($27).” And the biggest surprise of all… Johnny Depp! Yes, he cracked the Top 10 with $18 earned for each dollar, which is amazing considering his ginormous pay day.
