The first teaser poster for Skyline has been released and like the trailer it’s very glossy. ShockTillYouDrop debuted the one sheet for Greg and Colin Strause’s latest low-budget sci-fi film and don’t let the price tag fool you, they put their money where it counts — the special effects. If you haven’t already watched the trailer we suggest you take a look at it because it’s amazing. If you have seen it and you want more, check out the full size teaser poster below…

In Skyline, strange lights descend on the city of Los Angeles, drawing people outside like moths to a flame where an extraterrestrial force threatens to swallow the entire human population off the face of the Earth. The film stars Eric Balfour, Donald Faison, Brittany Daniel, David Zayas, and Scottie Thompson.

The Strause Brother’s bread and butter are special effects so if the poster sucked we would have been very disappointed. Luckily that isn’t the case and it looks beautiful in a scary, alien-thriller kind of way. Just like that final scene in the trailer, the poster shows people being sucked into the sky by a massive alien space craft. What are they going to do with all those people? It looks like we’ll have to watch the movie to find out.

Skyline is scheduled to hit theaters on November 12th.
