It’s no secret that Scott Pilgrim vs The World is one of the most anticipated fanboy movies of the year. It’s based on a comic, it’s directed by cult genius Edgar Wright, and it has a cast of young stars led by the adorable Michael Cera. What more could you ask for? The Scott Pilgrim vs The World soundtrack is getting just as much buzz as the film itself. Music plays a huge part in the movie, because the main character is the bass player for a fictional band called The Sex Bob-ombs. Four of their songs appear on the album, as well as a couple from their competition Crash and the Boys, who also appear in the movie. The rest are real life bands that you might be vaguely familiar with like Metric, Beck, and The Rolling Stones.
