Time for our VOTD (Video Of The Day)! This probably one of the most unique and inspiring videos I’ve seen in a long time. Not necessarily because of the content but because of how it’s presented. Who says you need action? No on! Or actors? So annoying! A plot? Over rated! Or even a story! All you need is a white-board, renowned philosopher Slavoj Zizek and something to argue about (helps if you have an accent).

I don’t know if I necessarily agree with some of the statements in this short, but it does raise some interesting topics for discussion and is extremely well presented. They take a difficult topic and make it extremely easy to follow and fun to watch. Check it out now…

(Note: Yes it’s a little bit longer than some of our other videos, but it’s well worth it and you may even learn something!)

Pretty cool, huh? The only way you could get away with something as “simple” as this is to have an interesting topic that will strike up some controversy. The drawings themselves appear easy and seamless (though creating something with such amazing timing is probably anything but “easy and seamless”) and they are fun to follow because you get to watch this argument literally unfold in front of you.

What do you think of the video? Or Zizek’s argument!?
