The marketing campaign for Little Fockers doesn’t bring anything new to the table. Robert De Niro and Ben Stiller are still at each other’s throats, Blythe Danner is still flighty, Teri Polo is still clueless, and Owen Wilson is still…unnecessary. A new poster has been released for the third film in the Meet the Parents series and it’s pretty, damn boring. Seriously, we’ve seen this sh*t before. Don’t take my word for it, see for yourself…

Little Fockers reunites both sets of in-laws, adds a couple of precocious kids, and Harvey Keitel for good measure. Why is Keitel here? Apparently he and De Niro have to be in at least one movie together per decade. The film is directed by Paul Weitz and is scheduled to hit theaters on December 22, 2010. The competition during this holiday season will be extremely stiff and they’ll need all the help they can get.

On December 17th Tron Legacy and Yogi Bear will hit theaters, followed by Fockers and Gulliver’s Travels the next week. I wonder who’s going to come out on top of that bunch? (cough) Tron (cough) Tron Legacy. Has the Fockers’ well run dry or are you game for another dose of Greg and Jack?

What do you think of the poster for Little Fockers? Are you interested in seeing the film?
