If Mia Wasikowska was cast in The Lovely Bones instead of Rose McIver, it would have been a more interesting movie.

I'd have replaced Julia Roberts with Julianne Moore in the Ocean's series, just because I just don't like Julia Roberts that much and I think Julianne Moore and George Clooney would have great chemistry. Although they wouldn't have been able to do the Bruce Willis scene in Ocean's 12, which was probably the saving grace of having Julia Roberts in the series.

Mia Wasikowska in Mark Wahlberg's role in Burton's Planet of the Apes might've helped me care about the character

Does it have to be a film? I’d love to see Mia Wasikowska as The Doctor in Doctor Who, or failing that, a companion. If it has to be a film, put her in The Others. Nicole Kidman was amazing, but Mia could give the role quite a different take.
