Disney’s Tangled 3 Minute Featurette
By Krystal Clark
Do you remember that trailer we showed you for Disney’s upcoming animated feature Tangled? The movie is based on the famous story of Rapunzel, which is what the film was originally titled before they started to get all snazzy and post-modern with it. To give us a more in depth look at their new take, Disney has released a 3 minute featurette that exposes the behind the scenes mayhem that’s gone into making Tangled a success. Take a look…
The creative ream behind Tangled put a lot of time and effort into this incarnation of Rapunzel’s story. To be completely honest, the first trailer doesn’t do the movie justice. This little segment sheds a huge light on the method behind the madness.
Tangled centers on the cursed Rapunzel (Mandy Moore), famous for her 70 feet of golden hair, after she’s been stolen from her parents’ castle as an infant and imprisoned. Now a teenager, she escapes and goes on the run with a bandit named Flynn Ryder who’s voiced by “Chuck’s” Zachary Levi, and they work together to free her from captivity.
Tangled will be released in digital 3D on November 24, 2010.
