Someone must have finally told Sam Worthington that there are only 24 hours in a day, and 7 days in a week because he’s been signing on for movies left and right. When did he think he was going to film them exactly? All of those deals must have caught up with him because the actor who was loosely attached to star in the McG directed romantic comedy This Means War has been replaced…by Tom Hardy.

This Means War centers on two best friends who have been inseparable since childhood. They grow up and discover that they’ve fallen in love with the same woman, which causes their close bond to disintegrate. They’re both veteran spies and what goes from a typical love triangle turns into a conflict of epic proportions. Reese Witherspoon stars as the object of their affection and the other friend will be played by Star Trek’s Chris Pine.

Worthington is cool and all but I love Tom Hardy. He was hands down the most charismatic actor in Inception and he deserves his time in the limelight. Luckily over the next few years all his under the radar work will pay off, especially with his headlining role in George Miller’s long awaited Mad Max movie.

What do you think of Worthington being replaced by Hardy?
