Thats just stupid. Robocop and James Bond are two of the three movies, The Hobbit being the third, that would help MGM instead they can them. What a disappointment. If your going to can two of your best movies at least make some money and sell the ideas to someone who can produce. I can't believe MGM could be so selfish.

I'm disappointed. I loved the first Robocop movie (2 and 3 were garbage), and was looking forward to the new movie.

I'm still waiting for The Hobbit. In the meantime, though, at least Voyage of the Dawn Treader is coming out (December, I think)…which was a pleasant surprise.

More studios should follow this lead and kill all of their remakes and reboots and sequels and work on creating more original projects.
