Here’s a Friday treat that will lighten up your spirits — Sprint is throwing a few evening events which will benefit the American Film Institute on Monday May 17. First up, is the Prince of Persia: Sands of Time Hollywood premiere at the Grauman’s Chinese Theatre, which anyone can buy tickets for (beware, they are a bit pricey). The second part is a cinematic celebration of producer Jerry Bruckheimer. Check it out…

AFI will be featuring a number of screenings at a couple of Hollywood movie theaters with special appearances. To name a few, Armageddon, National Treasure, and Top Gun will be among the five being screened and special appearances by Bruce Willis, Eddie Murphy, and Nicholas Cage, to name a few. Depending on which screening you choose to go to you’ll get to see different actors, directors, and producers. Each ticket is $30, which given the locations (Mann Chinese 6 and El Capitan Theatre) sounds like a good price.
