Four new photos from Christopher Nolan’s upcoming film Inception have debuted online and they feature Leonardo DiCaprio, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, and Ellen Page. The film is set to open in theaters on July 16th meaning we still have a few months to go until the big day. A couple of weeks ago at the ShoWest Film Festival some footage was shown to the attending audience that explained a little more than what we’ve seen in the trailers. Story wise, it looks like DiCaprio’s character has the ability to enter people dreams, and with that power he tries to solve OR prevent crimes. Confused? You should be because nothing from this film is what it seems. In the trailer Levitt and DiCaprio’s characters are bouncing off walls (literally) trying to attack each other and in this group of photos they appear to be allies.

Levitt’s character looks like he’s up to no good. Whenever someone is placing a large amount of explosives in a duffel bag in a movie that almost always means they’re a villain of some sort. When the film comes out we’ll see if my hypothesis is correct.
