New True Blood Season 3 VILF Poster

Another teaser poster has been released in promotion of the upcoming third season of “True Blood.” HBO has been running repeat episodes from season 2 every Sunday that will lead up to the premiere on June 13th. Until, then their marketing team has been coming up with ways to keep us interested, so check out the latest poster in the promo campaign…

Over at THR, they’ve released an exclusive season 3 poster that’s simple and to the point. It’s red and just says, “VILF.” If you’re wondering what that means, which is sad because it should be pretty apparent, it stands for “vampire I’d like to f*ck.” It’s a play on the phrase MILF, come on guys *is this mic on? This is just one of 12 posters that will be released for “True Blood” leading up to the June 13th episode.

If you haven’t seen the previous “Cup of Joe” poster that was released last week, you should definitely give that one a glance. It’s just as ironic as this one if not more. If I had to choose a VILF off of “True Blood” I think his name would start with Eric and end with Northman, yeah I went there. And if the letter ‘V’ stood for village-idiot instead of vampire, Jason Stackhouse would be my number one pick.
