Clash of the Titans Zeus and Perseus Clip
By Krystal Clark
Clash of the Titans won’t hit theaters until April 2nd, but you can watch footage from the 3D Greek epic right now. A new clip has been released from the movie that stars Sam Worthington as the demigod Perseus and Liam Neeson as his father Zeus. Both characters are featured in the following scene that shows father and son butting heads…
In Clash of the Titans, Worthington plays the bastard son of Zeus who gets caught in a power struggle between the gods. Hades is the film’s villain, the vengeful god of the Underworld, and a brave Perseus volunteers to take him down when his family falls victim to his merciless hand. From that point on he makes it his life’s mission to keep him from gaining Zeus’s power and unleashing hell on earth.
In the following clip, Zeus reveals himself to his son Perseus and asks him to take refuge with him at Mount Olympus. Perseus is hellbent on finding and defeating the Kraken and Hades causing him to refuse his father’s help. They share a heated exchange where Perseus tells Zeus that for someone who created man he sure doesn’t know much about them. Touche Perseus, touche.
