A new behind the scenes featurette has been released in promotion of Warner Bros upcoming remake Clash of the Titans. The film is directed by The Incredible Hulk helmer Louis Letterier and was originally set for release later this month, but was pushed back to April 2nd because of its 3D conversion. The studio has been releasing videos left and right to tide us over until then and here’s the latest…

The last featurette that was released centered on the characters from the film, while this one highlights the differences between the remake and the original. It includes interviews from Sam Worthington, Gemma Arterton, Liam Neeson, Ralph Fiennes and of course, Leterrier. It appears that this version of Clash of the Titans doesn’t intend on being a boring history lesson. This looks like an action movie that will deliver entertainment value in spades.

In the film, Worthington plays the bastard son of Zeus who gets caught in a power struggle between the gods. Hades is the film’s villain, the vengeful god of the Underworld, and a brave Perseus volunteers to take him down when his family falls victim to his merciless hand. From that point on he makes it his life’s mission to keep him from gaining Zeus’s power and unleashing hell on earth.

Check out the video…

What do you think about the differences between the remake and the original? Does it look like a vast improvement?
