Kick-Ass UK Poster For Hit Girl

An international character poster has been released for the upcoming comic book adaptation, Kick-Ass. It features Hit Girl as played by Chloe Moretz, who’s sure to be the star of the film. The movie is directed by Matthew Vaughn and the comic is a creation of the amazingly talented Mark Millar (Wanted). So without further ado check out Hit Girl…

Kick-Ass is based on the Millar comic that begs the question, what would happen if superheroes really did exist? The film centers on a group of crime fighting vigilantes who don’t have any super powers, but overcompensate with weapons and attitude. It’s a prime example of fantasy meeting reality, with a bit of comedy thrown in.

Why is it that international posters always look better than the domestic versions? Even though the first Hit Girl poster was a lot more colorful, this one is more in your face. Could the film’s title be any bigger? This is the type of marketing that will get asses in the seats. Kick-Ass isn’t as big a property as many other comic book movies so it will need all the help it can get.
