VOTD: Valentine’s Day Director Garry Marshall Does Porn!

Garry Marshall‘s latest film is the romantic ensemble comedy aptly titled, Valentine’s Day. The movie is similar to a lot of his films from the past, and features a few actors he’s previously worked with like Julia Roberts and Anne Hathaway. But haven’t you ever wondered what it would be like if Marshall just cut loose and did something totally unexpected…like porn?! Well, we have the visuals to go along with that thought because here’s the legendary director at work in the most unusual setting.
One of the co-star’s of Marshall’s film Valentine’s Day is comedian/actor/TV host George Lopez who has a late night talk show called “Lopez Tonight.” Marshall recently appeared in a skit for the program that had him step outside the box and his actors step outside their clothing. He took the Marshall approach to directing porn, by setting up a story that involved two people from the opposite sides of the spectrum falling in love with each other. Oh Garry, no one watches porn for the storylines, but you can’t blame him for trying.
The skit is actually pretty funny, but made me more than a little uncomfortable. I don’t want to see the guy who did “Laverne & Shirley” standing in front of naked people.
