The first official poster for Twilight favorite Robert Pattinson’s film, Remember Me has just been released by Summit Entertainment. The movie’s supposed to be a hardcore drama about death, love, and forgiveness all rolled into one, yet the following poster looks like an ad for Kay Jewelers…

In Remember Me, Pattinson plays Tyler, a rebellious young man in New York City who has a strained relationship with his father (Pierce Brosnan) due to the death of a close relative. He didn’t think anyone could possibly understand what he was going through until he met Ally (Emilie de Ravin) through an unusual twist of fate. But in typical cinematic fashion, hidden secrets are revealed that threaten to destroy the relationship the young couple has worked so hard to build.

As much as I hate to admit it, the poster does paint a pretty picture of both actors. It’s sweet, but not too sweet like the one sheet for the upcoming Nicholas Sparks flick, Dear John. Even though Remember Me isn’t at the top of my 2010 must see list, I might give it a shot later down the line.

Here’s the full poster below…

Remember Me will hit theaters on March 12, 2010.

What do you think of the first one sheet from Remember Me?

Dear John and Channing Tatum is much much HOTTER (the best he has ever looked)!!!!!

All the film photos for Dear John is totally on another level to this crap. I like Robert but don't like the trailer for this movie and Dear John had me crying i.e. solid acting with an excellent soundtrack whilst this was ok, if I have nothing better to do.

Maybe rent on DVD put not watch at the cinema.

A Twilight boy and nothing else.

I have to agree Dear John poster is better 4 sure.

Every go check out Dear John Trailer if you think I'm mad and see the photo's too. This will be the most romantic film of 2010 but wish Rob best of luck; focus on Twilight sagas.
