First Look at Toy Story with Lee Unkrich Intro
By Mali ElfmanDirector Lee Unkrich introduces a new clip from his upcoming addition to the well known and much loved Toy Story series, Toy Story 3. Unkrich has long been a part of the series, he edited the first film and directed the second. The film doesn’t come out until June 18th of this year, but Disney, Pixar, and Unkrich seem to enjoy taunting us with tons of little sneak peeks and teaser trailers even though we have to wait half a year until we get to see the film. Damnit! Take what you can…
As you can see from the short clip below, Andy is all grown up and moving off to college, which means (cue the over dramatic, James Horner-ish music) it’s time to get rid of his toys. GASP! Andy’s mother wants to put Buzz,Woody, and the rest of the gang at a daycare center, which seems like good news until they meet the little brats that are there to greet them.
The majority of the cast, including Tom Hanks and Tim Allen are all returning to reprise their roles in the film. Below you can see Andy all grown up (although still being voiced by the same child actor from 10 years ago) packing up the gang…
What do you think of the latest clip?
