I don't get the love for Coraline, I didn't find it anything spectacular. Give Fantastic Mr. Fox it's due, it was the best animated film of the year.
Also where is The Road, Brothers, (500) Days of Summer, and Moon?
And anyone that doesn't have Dexter in their top 10 of the year just doesn't know good television, period.

Great to see Friday Night Lights receive some 2009 AFI love. Now, if only Emmy would follow suit. This show and its stars, Kyle Chandler and Connie Britton have been THE most overlooked show for industry awards, shameful omissions. And Zach Gilford must be added to the list for Season 4.

ITA with your statement about Fantastic Mr. Fox. It was an amazing movie from beginning to end. I'm so surprised that Moon hasn't received more awards or nominations.
