Last night we brought you the first official poster for next year’s Clash of the Titans, and now two more one sheets have been released. The previous poster featured Sam Worthington‘s Perseus raising the detached head of Medusa to the gods, and now we’ve got a couple more that are just as stunning.
The above photo is one of the latest images released in promotion of the film that centers on the bastard son of Zeus, who’s caught in the middle of a war between the gods. As a fan of all things Greek, this movie will definitely be on my must see list for 2010. Clash of the Titans is directed by Louis Letterier who’s come a long way since The Transporter 2. As noted on the posters, the film will hit theaters on March 26, 2010.
The ultimate struggle for power pits men against kings and kings against gods. But the war between the gods themselves could destroy the world. Born of a god but raised as a man, Perseus is helpless to save his family from Hades, vengeful god of the underworld. With nothing left to lose, Perseus volunteers to lead a dangerous mission to defeat Hades before he can seize power from Zeus and unleash hell on earth. Leading a daring band of warriors, Perseus sets off on a perilous journey deep into forbidden worlds. Battling unholy demons and fearsome beasts, he will only survive if he can accept his power as a god, defy his fate and create his own destiny.
