Nine - Kate Hudson Struts Her Stuff

Rob Marshall‘s musical Nine won’t hit theaters until Christmas Day, but you can still check out some of the tunes featured on the soundtrack. Most of the actors in the film have sung onscreen before, but co-star Kate Hudson will be making her recording debut with the song, “Cinema Italiano.”

The Original Motion Picture Soundtrack for Nine comes out on Geffen Records December 15th online and in stores December 22nd. The good news is you don’t have to wait that long to hear Hudson break into song. The track “Cinema Italiano” is a digital download that was exclusively written for the actress to perform. The original 1982 Broadway production of Nine won five Tony Awards including Best Musical.
