Boondock Saints 2, The First Five Minutes

Cult fans on the 1999 film Boondock Saints have been anxiously awaiting the release of its follow up Boondock Saints II: All Saints Day. The film has been 10 years in the making and once again reunites all the major talent from the original including Sean Patrick Flanery, Norman Reedus, and writer-director Troy Duffy.

The video is a reintroduction to the Irish brothers as we get to see what became of them since the last film. The scene features what I’d like to call a “clean up” montage which consists of them shedding their physical baggage, and returning to their formal selves. We also get an introduction of Julie Benz near the end, but she’s not fully revealed. We do know that she plays Special Agent Eunice Bloom in the movie but that’s about it.

the first one was epic and a masterpiece if you thought of how little the buddget was.
dont't know if the second one will have the sdame feeling but it will totally be worth to be seen

this looks seriously awful. Guaranteed to sell out to crowds of testosterone fueled frat boys though. I even liked the first movie well enough, but the sub B-movie acting and terrible 90s alternative reject music just solidifies my opinion that this movie is going to suck.

and you haters also thought napolian dynamite was the greatest film ever!!! Get a life and step away from the computer and nerd food, you would not understand normal people standing up for their god given right to adjust a situation that a snoby ass politician is being paid off by the same group that hires the trash to sell drugs to your child that you think isnt doing anything wrong….We need more true hard working people to stand up for thier rights and not let the foriegn hord or political leaders do what they want with our futures and or childrens lives. Absolutely agree… the acting and direction look really sub-par.
I liked the first one too, it had a quirkiness that gave it that cult-status which was well-deserved. This excerpt looks like it's built too much on the laurels of the first, and it's doomed to fail. I snorted a couple times…
And how about that line:
"Exactly what do you intend to do?"
"Every last fucker that had anything to do with it…"

Not necessarily. Some sequels have proven to be better than the originals, The Dark Knight, Empire Strikes Back, Blade 2, and Spider-Man 2 are a few.
