Picture 133 Me and Orson Welles Theatrical Trailer

A new trailer has been released for Richard Linklater‘s upcoming film, Me and Orson Welles. It stars former Disney heartthrob Zac Efron, as a 17 year old, who has landed a part in the 1937 stage production of Julius Caesar, which is directed by a young Orson Welles. The film is an adaptation of the Robert Kaplow novel of the same name.

Take a look at a very likeable Efron in the trailer…

I used to really dislike Zac Efron, but the kid isn’t all that bad. This trailer is obviously a lot more in depth than the teaser we brought you a while back, which premiered on the 17 Again DVD.  This movie comes off as a charming coming of age story that has Efron soaking up every last moment of his Disney youth to pull off this teenage role.

Me and Orson Welles will hit theaters in limited release just in time for Thanksgiving on November 25th.

What do you think of the latest trailer for the film?
