Bill would win in a fair fight, but it wouldn’t be fair since Edward could read his mind. Edward would win after a long and involved battle. Edward would also beat Eric.

edward has too much of a heart( if bella died, than he would kill himself). bill would kill everyone without hesitation. but eric is colder than he feels and wouldslowley and painfully kill people.

Edward comes off as more powerful, he is basically written to be invincible. Bill on the other hand seems to have a few more weaknesses. It'd be close, and depending on the type of day they were having it would just go to whoever brought their a-game. In the end Edward would die no matter what, as we all know Sookie would kick his ass if he killed Bill. The more interesting match up would be Sookie vs. Bella, Sookie would win of course, but that would be a great cat fight to see, Bella trying to pull hair, and some how hurting herself in the process, and Sookie just kicking the crap out of her. Either that or Sookie would fall deeply in love with Bella, because she wouldn't be able to read her mind…and we know how much she likes that, and we'd have an awesome lesbian sex scene between Kristen Stewart and Anna Paquin…Who knows maybe that's what Bill and Edward would be fighting about…their girls running off with eachother.
