The Fighter Photos and Video

We previously showed you a photo of Christian Bale looking highly emaciated on the set of his upcoming boxing drama, The Fighter. If images like that make your stomach turn, don’t worry because we have a few photos of a shirtless and healthy looking Mark Wahlberg to balance it out. Over at IAmRogue, they’ve posted several production stills from the film, that not only feature Bale and Wahlberg, but also Melissa Leo as their mother.

Here’s a video of Wahlberg giving us a run through of his daily training regimen. He’s actually upset because he has to wear so many layers of clothing while working out. Poor Mark.

The Fighter is a boxing film that stars Bale as Dicky Eklund, the brother of Wahlberg’s ”Irish” Mickey Ward. After kicking a bad drug habit, Eklund turns his life around and helps his brother train and win the world lightweight boxing championship. Even though she’s not pictured, Amy Adams also co-stars in the film as a Mickey’s love interest.

The Fighter is directed by David O. Russell and will hit theaters sometime next year.
