A new extended trailer for The Twilight Saga: New Moon debuted in theaters this weekend in front of the horror film Sorority Row, and an early version has already leaked onto the net. The video is full of new footage and centers mostly on the Italian Volturi Clan. There’s also a lot more wolf action, slow motion, and violence than the previous trailers have shown. If you can’t wait until the official release of the clip, here’s your first taste of the extended trailer for New Moon.

I have to admit that Dakota Fanning creeps me out a bit in this, but from what I hear, her character is supposed to be a psycho bitch. This definitely doesn’ t look like a film that will cater to “Team Edward.” It looks like he’s really getting the short end of the stick here.

We’ll have the official high quality version of the trailer up as soon as it becomes available. Also, during tomorrow night’s MTV Video Music Awards, an extended clip from the film will premiere during the show, which we’ll post asap.

    That was interesting…i hope they don't follow all of Bella's depressing tendencies because that's all the book focused on even with Jacob.

    For me, it doesn't matter how many other people are in the movie if the leads are awful, it ruins the whole thing. Kristen Stewart doesn't have enough talent to handle this role. Robert Pattinson is okay, but really doesn't get Edward. When I saw Twilight I couldn't get passed Kristen's bad acting and weird stuttering she does. Also, there wasn't enough taken from the books and put into film. The casting for this saga as been all wrong. I will be so thankful when These movies are done filming and Kristen and Rob fade into the back groung 'cause lets face it- they will!

    It was definitely AMAZINGGG. I am like officially now obssessed with Twilight, New Moon, and all the rest of it's movies to comee. Team Edwarddd :) He's so sexxxxxy.

    No honeyyy; Rob Pattinson and Kristen Stewart, along with all of the rest of the cast, are PERFECT for all of the Twilight movies. But everyone's entitled to their own opinionn. I think the Directors and the producers are doing a grrreatttt job :)
