I think it's too late to reboot though. They could have just done Deadpool differently altogether, but once you've established something then you need to keep that going. There has to be some way to continue off of Wolverine's ending. Have a few researchers search the area and find Deadpool's body. Then they could ship him off to Killebrew's lab for failed experiments. There, Killebrew could take out the blades, the thing behind his eyes that gave him optic blasts, and a device inside of him that made him teleport. When he notices that the nbody keeps healing, he curiously puts the head back on and Deadpool comees back to life for the Killebrew storyline with only the healing factor. They did say that the bonding process wasn't finished while making "Weapon XI" anyways. This disregards him being able to live without a head as the post-credits scene implies. Just sayin'...
