2012 Airplane Escape Movie Clip

A new clip has been released from the upcoming Roland Emmerich film, 2012. The following footage isn’t as peaceful and serene as the theatrical poster we showed you yesterday, but it does give us a glimpse of John Cusack in action. The film won’t hit theaters until November 13th, so this is the best we can do until another trailer is released to the public.

Hold on, you’re in for a bumpy ride…

Why is the pilot’s accent so thick? Why is the passenger’s accent so thick? I’m starting to notice a trend here. The special effects don’t look amazing in this clip, but I can only imagine how much it cost to produce. Damaging several luxury cars and a jet in the middle of a “blizzard” doesn’t come cheap, but I’m sure the blatant product placement for Bentley took care of some of the cost.
