Redband Boondock Saints II: All Saints Day Trailer
By Krystal Clark
Here’s something that cult fans have been dying to see. The highly anticipated redband trailer for Boondock Saints II: All Saints Day is finally here! The film reunites us with Sean Patrick Flanery and Norman Reedus as the Irish brothers from hell, in the sequel to the 1999 underground classic.
I wonder what their characters have been doing for the past 10 years? The following trailer will answer that question and many more, while filling your screen with bullets. Would you expect anything less?
Even though the actor’s Irish accents have always been a bit hard to take, you’ve got to love the legitimacy of Billy Connolly. Oddly enough Clifton Collins Jr. appears to be playing a variation of his character from Mike Judge’s Extract, Judd Nelson is showing movie going audiences that he’s still alive, and Julie Benz just pops up in everything! She has got to be one of the hardest working women in the biz.
The one thing I love about this trailer is the appearance of Peter Fonda. Similar to his supporting role in the comic adaptation of Ghost Rider, whenever he graces the screen everything just looks a whole lot cooler. Troy Duffy once again directs the film from a screenplay that he also wrote. Boondock Saints II: All Saints Day hits theaters this fall.
