A rather dramatic poster has been released for the U.K. thriller, Five Minutes of Heaven. The film was featured at this year’s Sundance Film Festival and won awards for it’s director (Oliver Hirschbiegel) and it’s screenwriter (Guy Hibbert). The film opens in New York on Friday, and is already available on IFC in Theaters OnDemand. You can view the official poster for Five Minutes of Heaven, that features it’s stars Liam Neeson and James Nesbitt below.
Five Minutes of Heaven follows a man (Nesbitt) on a journey to confront the killer (Neeson) of his deceased brother. After seeing Neeson as the heartstricken father in Taken, it’s hard to see him again in such a malicious light. The film itself received rave reviews after it’s run at Sundance. It is directed by the same guy who helmed the Oscar nominated Downfall. If you have the opportunity to see both films, I’d highly recommend you give them a shot. It’s worth the time.
