Zac Efron’s Me and Orson Welles Teaser Trailer
By Krystal Clark
My fingers are trembling with regret as I write this post. I can’t believe it, but I’m supporting a project of Zac Efron‘s. A teaser trailer has been released for his upcoming film entitled, Me and Orson Welles. The film is an adaptation of the Robert Kaplow novel of the same name. It centers on a 17 year old (Efron), who has landed a part in a 1937 production of Julius Caesar, which is directed by a young Orson Welles. The film is directed by Richard Linklater, and co-stars Claire Danes.
Check out the trailer after the jump…
So, Claire Danes is playing the older woman in this movie? I remember when she used to play the youngest person in everything. Oh, how time flies. I hate to say it, but I think Zac Efron has a charm about him that can go beyond his looks. Call me crazy, but I can’t deny his good comedic timing.
What do you think of the teaser for Me and Orson Welles?

It looks interesting. You're probably getting the same feeling I had when Leonardo DiCaprio became more then the "dude all these girls are falling over when he used to play a homeless kid on Growing Pains". Ahh, time heals all wounds.

I read the book and loved it. I can't wait to see this movie. I think Zac Efron is perfect for the lead role.

I am SO looking forward to seeing this and also The Death and LIfe of Charlie St. Cloud. I would really like to know when MAOW will open in the states.

People don't like Zac Efron becuase they don't like High School Musical, but he wouldn't have had the chance to act in a more serious movie like this, if he hadn't been in High School Musical.

[...] Efron, but the kid isn’t all that bad. This trailer is obviously a lot more in depth than the teaser we brought you a while back, which premiered on the 17 Again DVD. This movie comes off as a [...]
