G.I. Joe Featurette With Director Stephen Sommers

Paramount Pictures have released a video of G.I. Joe: Rise of Cobra director Stephen Sommers in Paris discussing his upcoming film. The featurette shows the director talking about one of the pivotal action sequences of the movie (the accelerator suit chase scene), which has been getting a lot of buzz around the internet. In the chase, Duke (Channing Tatum) and Ripcord (Marlon Wayans) get dressed in these automated suits that allow them to run faster, jump higher and even withstand being hit by a car, or three.

G.I. Joe: Rise of Cobra, which along with Tatum and Wayans also stars Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje, Christopher Eccleston, and Joseph Gordon-Levitt. The film is set for release on August 7th.
