Cancer and all. The eventual development of Deadpool after the torturous Weapon X toll on him and how he earned his frigging name! Beating the odds of the 'deadpool'. This would mean they wouldn't have to leave the Wolverine or X-men universe. Lets hope the writers of this one have actually read the comic origin not just read a spiderman comic with deadpool in it.
