Bruno Does the Red Carpet

We all know that when Sacha Baron Cohen gets into character as one of his infamous alter ego’s he takes it very seriously. So, when I stumbled across an LATimes article highlighting his red carpet antics as fashion icon, Bruno I knew I had to add my two cents. Never afraid to push the limits Bruno treads the line of inappropriate and insanity with European ease. Follow me as I take a look at some of his most outrageous outfits, and try to find the hidden message behind them all!
- You can tell that while in this leotard, that leopard really is like a second skin.
- Business up top, business down bottom, party in the middle! Hay-oh!
- Nothing says I respect the traditions of Spain more than this.
- This little piggy went to the market, this little piggy stayed home. This little piggy cried wee,wee, wee, all the way to the mall.
- He has the right to bear arms….in his shorts!
- Here he shows that he can be traditional, but still play by his own rules. Notice this homage to the fashion of Hansel and Gretal.
- Here he was obviously torn between his love of medieval wear, and the denim of the future – metal.
So many looks that only Bruno can pull off, without getting arrested or beat up.
