First Trailer for The Time Traveler’s Wife
By Mali Elfman
What a nice way to start off the weekend, with the premiere of the long awaited trailer for The Time Traveler’s Wife. Directed by Robert Schwentke (Flight Plan, Tattoo) and starring Eric Bana and Rachel McAdams, comes a new romantic drama about a Chicago librarian (Bana) with a gene that causes him to involuntarily time travel.
The trailer premiere on Yahoo not long ago and you can check it out below the jump…

Two parts drama, one part sci-fi, sounds like a good mix to me. The fact that Bruce Joel Rubin (Jacob’s Ladder, Deep Impact) adapted the screenplay from Audrey Niffenegger’s novel is equally scary and intriguing.
The film will be in theaters August 14th.
What do you think of the new trailer?

Love the trailer – can't wait to read the book again just before the movie's out. Perfect casting, as well!

Read the book first. Don't waste your time with the garbage that this movie is. It does no justice to the film…
