Normally, I don’t like to post clips from films, but I thought some of you might need a little push to get you off your asses to go out and find Duncan Jones‘ upcoming mini-masterpiece Moon starring Sam Rockwell. The film is about Astronaut Sam Bell (Rockwell) who has a quintessentially personal encounter toward the end of his three-year stint on the Moon, where he, working alongside his computer, GERTY, sends back to Earth parcels of a resource that has helped diminish our planet’s power problems. Is he going mad or is something wrong?

This film was made by Jones’ for Rockwell and in the clip below you can see why he is probably one of the only actors that we could look at for 97 minutes straight and still find interesting.

Rockwell does such an amazing job with this role, it’s basically just him on screen and Kevin Spacey’s voice for the entire film and it’s brilliant.

We will have a two part exclusive interview with Jones coming up today and tomorrow so check back in later!

The film comes out this Friday June 12th in select theaters. It might be a little tricky to find but completely worth going out of your way to see!

Check out our exclusive one on one interview with the Director of the film Duncan Jones.
