The remarkable yet seldom told true story of the German Resistance’s attempted coup and assassination of Adolf Hitler reveals itself when Valkyrie is released on Blu-ray Disc and Special Edition DVD with Digital Copy on May 19th from MGM Home Entertainment. Set in Nazi Germany, Valkyrie chronicles the daring and ingenious “July 20 plot” to eliminate one of the most evil tyrants the world has ever known. Oscar-nominee Tom Cruise* (Mission Impossible, Minority Report) stars as the loyal German nationalist Colonel Claus von Stauffenberg, the mastermind behind the plot to kill Hitler and overthrow his fascist regime. The film is directed by Bryan Singer (X-Men, The Usual Suspects).

X2 has to be my favorite of Singer's films. The best scene in it is the first part in which Nightcrawler teleports throughout the White House-it's so cool looking as he just leaves blue smoke behind while the security tries to take him down.

Fave Singer film is, hands down, "The Usual Suspects." The line-up scene alone is worth the price of admission. (Close second place is the diamond heist sequence — terrific music there.)

I'll give love to a Singer movie that didn't get much love: Superman Returns. As for scene, I loved when he was saving Metropolis, especially when he fried the falling glass with wide beam heat vision. I never saw that before, but I figured "It's Superman, who's gonna say he can't do that"

I'd have to say that my favorite Bryan Singer film to date is The Usual Suspects. My favorite part of this film is (CAUTION: SPOILER ALERT) at the end, when the audience finds out Kevin Spacey was the criminal mastermind of the movie (and an amazing actor) and he leaves you with this great quote: "The Greatest trick the devil ever pulled was convincing the world he didn't exist."
BAM! That's an amazing way to end a movie.
Screen Crave is all the rave!!!

Not gonna lie, I have NEVER seen a Bryan Singer film before. The plot for this film sounds pretty interesting though, and I would really love to check out the film. Also, reading the other comments makes me feel like I am missing out on a lot, so I've definitely gotta check out those films as well!
