From Rob Marshal, the director of Chicago, comes another draw dropping, sexy, film about a Director’s life in the theater (well at least from Marshal’s imaginative perspective) call Nine. The cast alone is enough to make this an amazing film. Check this out: The film stars Daniel Day-Lewis, Marion Cotillard, Penélope Cruz, Judi Dench, Nicole Kidman, Kate Hudson, and even Sophia Loren. Almost every single person in this film has one at LEAST one Oscar.

Before I go any further, check out the trailer below…

I LOVE Judi Dench’s opening line about what a Director has to do, “you just have to say yes and no, what else do you have to do? Nothing.” I’m sure Marshal got a kick out of that. And seeing Daniel Day Lewis dancing around surrounded by gorgrous women is something I never expected to see out of him again. This is a great trailer, I’m enticed and yet I have no clue what it going on.

I wish I could hear the rest of them talk. Do they have accents? Do they sing? I need to know more!

Famous film director Guido Contini struggles to find harmony in his professional and personal lives, as he engages in dramatic relationships with his wife, his mistress, his muse, his agent, and his mother.

The film is in theaters November, 25 200.
