Disney Studios takes thier film promotions very seriously. Their upcoming holiday adaptation entitled Disney’s A Christmas Carol won’t be released until November 6, but they want you to get amped about it now! The chairman of Walt Disney, Dick Cook announced today that the studio has created the Disney’s “A Christmas Carol Train Tour.” In conjunction with Amtrak, four custom vintage rail cars will travel across the country entertaining fans of the old Christmas classic. This event is open to the public and will span 40 cities starting in Los Angeles and ending in New York.

The “Christmas Carol Train Tour” will start Memorial Day weekend and end after Halloween. Featured events include a “Winter Wonderland” which will have snow, decorations and carolers. They will also have an inflatable 3-D theater that will allow fans to get a sneak peak at the film before it’s released. Plus, you will get a behind the scenes look at some of the special effects that went into creating the 3-D images and character designs for the film. These are just a few of the many activities you can delve into while attending one of the tour stops. The best thing about it is that anyone and everyone can attend.
