Anyone got any 3-D glasses laying around? It might be good to get them out, because MarketSaw just sent us a few photos of Tim Burton‘s Alice in Wonderland and Pete Docter‘s Up in 3-D! Apparently, the UK is way ahead of the US because Total Film just released red and blue glasses with the publication of the photographs. Pretty cool huh? Sadly, I cannot virtually lend you glasses, but I can show you some of the scanned copied of the photos, which even without the glasses are pretty cool!
Check out the images below….
So yes, anaglyph isn’t as cool on a 2-D right now, but it will pay off when we see the films! We don’t really get to see anything new from Up, but the shot from Burton’s Alice in Wonderland looks really cool. I love the narrow, arched bridge. It adds the perfect amount of creepy to the otherwise beautiful shot.
You can check out more photos on MarketSaw. If you can get your hands on a copy of Total Film they also have 3D images from The Dark Knight, The Matrix, Star Wars, Blade Runner, The Fellowship of the Ring, and a fake and yet cool photo from Avatar.
What do you think of the photos?
