New Star Trek TV Spot

Another promotional TV spot for JJ Abram’s Star Trek has hit the airwaves. This one clocks in at 32 seconds, and for the most part uses the same footage we’ve seen in the other trailers. I’ve read some reactions to the video, and some people have called it ”epic” and “amazing,” but I wouldn’t go that far. It does give a few flashes of new material, but I’m not doing backflips over it. The film will be released in a little over a month so I can understand the excitement stemming from die hard Trekkies. Star Trek hits theaters on May 8 2009.
