From writer/director Brian Hecker we get a new comedy that’s just what I’ve been looking for. Bart got a Room is about a nerdy high school senior Danny (Steven Kaplan) who has everything for prom, a hotel room, a limo a tux, but he’s missing one thing — a date. Add to the mix two completely clueless parents desperate to give him advice, played by William H. Macy and Cheryl Himes and you’ve got a potential winner!
Check out the trailer below. It’s simple. It’s to the point. Anyone who was NOT cool (yes that’s you) can relate to some part of this characters plight. What’s not to love?
