Could Tim Robbins be Iron Man’s Dad?

These past couple of days casting news for anything comic book related has been spreading like wildfire. Over at LatinoReview they’ve just dropped a little gem regarding Academy Award winner Tim Robbins, and his possible involvement with Iron Man 2.
Tim Robbins is going to be playing Howard Stark in an important flashback sequence that is going to set up the Avengers and Captain America films. Jon [Favreau] wanted to get a good actor because he didn’t think the guy who played Howard in the last film could carry such an important scene.
In my opinion, this flashback sounds similar to Jon Voight’s appearance in the original Tomb Raider movie. I can get down with that, I love Tim Robbins! Let’s hope this tidbit is 100% true!
