How many stand-up comedians can you fit in one film? A lot. Especially if you’re Judd Apatow and audiences, comedians, actors, and studios love you. His new film Funny People will have Sarah Silverman, Dave Attell, Norm McDonald, Andy Dick, and any other mainstream comedians hanging around LA looking for something to do.

Is this a good sign or bad? It could mean that the film is so good that everyone wants to be a part of it. Or it could mean it’s so bad they’re having to bring in the troops.

Dave Attell was on the Howard Stern show and /Films fills us in with the details…

He said that the scene was filmed pretty quickly and was highly improvised, which makes me believe that its one of the scenes were dying comedy legend George Simmons (Adam Sandler) and his assistant and budding young comedian Ira (Seth Rogen) are hanging out with some of Simmon’s “friends” (more of acquaintances, as Simmons doesn’t really have any friends).

What do you think? Is it going to be amazing or a complete train wreck?
