Box Office Predictions: How Much Will TDTESS Make?

Looks like it they’re hoping for a pretty big opening day for The Day the Earth Stood Still. They’re predicting, $49 millions, but I’m guessing they’d like to see something closer to $60-70 million, which is what Twilight was able to make ($69). Nothing But the Holidays will most likely me fighting it out with Australia for it’s Holiday spot. I don’t think much could touch Four Christmases, Twilight, or Bolt at the rate they’re going. As for all the other amazing films being released this week, they’re not on the list, but they should be! The sad thing is that The Punisher, in it’s second week and it will probably be bringing in as much as Milk in it’s fourth week. Not good for an action film, but great for Milk!
