The film asks a great questions “Why do so many, risk so much, to cross over our boarders.” The film is about the desperate scenarios that immigration enforcement officers, immigrants, and residents are faced with when dealing with all different types of immigration. Writer-director Wayne Kramer explores the allure of the American dream, and the reality that immigrants find in 21st century L.A.
