New Star Trek Photos

Over at ComingSoon.net they’ve revealed two new teaser posters for the J.J. Abrams directed Star Trek movie. The posters feature Chris Pine as Captain Kirk, and Heroes alum Zachary Quinto as Spock.

The film is set for release on May 8, 2009, and co-stars Eric Bana, Zoe Saldana, Karl Urban, Winona Ryder and Simon Pegg. The film’s plot, which has been heavily guarded, is rumored to be an ”origin story ” that focuses on the early trials and tribulations of the USS Enterprise crew.
