Academy Award nominated director, Gini Reticker, brings us, Pray the Devil Back to Hell, a documentary about thousands of Liberian woman, mothers, grandmothers, young girls, both Christian and Muslim coming together to try to stop the violence in their cities. Dressed in all white, these woman took on warlords to fight for what they believed in, peace. They came together and prayed for peace and then silently protested in front of the Presidential Palace.

The film will be screened in NYC on November 7th, 2008, followed by screenings in LA, Washington D.C., Atlanta, Philadelphia, Boston, Chicago, San Francisco, and more. Eventually it will make it to almost all the main cities in the US. Keep an eye out for it in local theaters. This film shows how one persons dream can make a difference and that you can fight with peace.
